Peer Review
We view Peer Review of Structure Designs as a professional value addition with the larger social goal of incorporating better designs for greater range of projects. Our goals for Peer Review services are:

Structural Rehabilitation
Structural Rehabilitation has emerged as a necessity of our times as an entire generation of buildings nears the end of their design life, and the environmental impact accelerates structural deterioration. Regular upgradation of the building codes also requires the upgradation of many critical structures. Civtech has completed many such projects, some of which have been running facilities.
Third Party Quality Assurance
The best of the designs, the best of materials, and the best of intent become useless with lack of adequate and proper quality control. While the contractor and project managers perform their in-house quality checks and supervisory tasks, Civtech adds to the quality commitment as a post-construction independent quality assurance agency. We not only audit the quality checks done at the site, but also perform our own independent verification thereby providing additional assurance to the owners. TPQA services are also increasingly being relied upon by statutory bodies to ensure adequate quality of delivered projects.
International Designs
The Civtech design team is well conversant with the design codes and practices followed in most countries, and has successfully delivered designs for projects in the US, Middle East, Africa and South Asia. The delivered designs have been duly approved by the local authorities of these countries to be fully compliant to the local laws and are appreciated for cost-effectiveness and detailing.
Fabrication Detailing
Together with our associates, Civtech offers unmatched speed and economy in the fabrication detailing services for steel structures of any size. The detailing is performed on Tekla software and conforms to the design requirements of most countries.
